Inside our prisons we offer residential and intensive outpatient level substance
use
treatment for our male and female residents.
Team members provide
trauma-informed and
evidence-based interventions to help the individuals we serve learn new skills while
changing the way they view themselves and the world.
Our teams include
licensed
therapists, substance use disorder counselors, and case workers. If you are
looking for
a place to work where you can be a part of a great team while helping individuals
make
lifelong changes our substance use treatment programs in the prisons are a perfect
fit.
Individuals supervised by Adult Probation & Parole have free access to treatment
resource centers.
We complete Clinical Mental Health/Substance Abuse assessments and General
Outpatient
Substance Use services for male and female clients.
Team members work closely with probation and parole officers as well as community
agencies to provide needed resources to our clients.
Our team includes licensed clinical therapists, substance use disorder
counselors,
case
workers, and a peer support recovery specialist.
In the institutions, we offer sex offense specific treatment for our male population
who
present as higher risk and higher needs to help them be successful upon release.
Ultimately, we aim to reduce recidivism for sexual offenses while increasing
community
safety through our evidence-based and evidence-informed interventions. We have
psychoeducational courses, core skills courses and resilience courses for our
clients to
help them develop a life they can be proud of while reducing the likelihood of
creating
future victims.
On our multidisciplinary teams, you will find student interns at the Bachelor's,
Master's and Doctoral Levels, licensed therapists, licensed psychologists, and
caseworkers who help with our accountability system in the housing units. We
collaborate
closely with security officers as well as our county jail counterparts.
We work hard, we have fun, we support each other and we trust each other to make
sound
professional decisions.
Community Correctional Centers help individuals on parole
address
their risks and needs through evidence-based interventions and connections with
community partners.
The goal is to help incarcerated individuals transition successfully into the
community.
These centers offer outpatient substance use treatment, sex offense
treatment,
and
parole violator programs. Because these centers are in the community,
residents
are
able, and expected, to hold jobs and attend community support groups.
We also have partnerships with many local agencies that come into the centers to
offer
support groups, leisure activities, and educational classes in health, fitness, and
parenting just to name a few.
Our team includes licensed clinical therapists, substance use disorder
counselors, and
case workers.
